Instead of charging an hourly fee we prefer to quote a set price for a job or engagement, and we stick to that price. That way you know how much our service will cost in advance and it is in our interest, as well as yours, to complete the work as quickly as possible. Unlike many IT services companies, you will not find us dragging our heels just so we can bill you for an extra half hour.
Of course, if you prefer to engage us on an hourly or daily basis, we are happy to accommodate you. As a general guide, our business rates range between £60 and £90 per hour depending on the type of work and therefore expertise required. Our home-user rates can also vary between £50 and £75 for similar reasons. We offer discounted rates if engaged on a retainer basis.
